ULTIMATE is the exclusive RV camping network for Winnebago GoLife Perks program.  Because of this unique relationship, we can help drive business to your resort without marketing, reservation, or administrative costs to you.  We have many years of experience in the camping industry and have determined this to be the best program for helping both RV resort owners and Rvers.

HOW IT WORKS

YOU SELECT THE NIGHTLY RATE
Under the Ultimate4wit program, our members are permitted up to two, one-week stays per year at any affiliated resort at a cost of $15, $25 or $35 per night.  As the campground operator, you get to select the rate! (The rate must be lower that your published rate).)  We understand this rate is lower than your published rates, but the added benefits, exposure and increased business will bring you increased value. 

DEDICATED INVENTORY
Your resort dedicates sites to our program (based on the number of sites you’d like to fill).  Sites should include: at least 30 amp service; water; sewer, if available; and 4-person maximum per site. If you charge for optional amenities such as WiFi, cable, etc., you may charge our members your value-added fee if they elect to use the service. Remember, our members have limited usage at your resort through our system (two, one-week stays/year), so if they love your resort, they'll likely be back to stay at your regular nightly rate.
 
RESERVATIONS
Ultimate4wit members make their camping reservations through the Ultimate’s Central Reservations System. Reservation information is forwarded to you via email or fax.  
Ultimate members are required to make reservations at least seven days in advance. Therefore, if we have not reserved the site(s) seven days out, you are free to use it for any last minute arrivals you may have. 
At the time of check-in your resort collects all nightly fees for the site. 
Ultimate4wit members, who fail to cancel a reservation within 24 hours of arrival, are expected to pay a $20.00 no-show fee to you.

When you become an Ultimate Camping Network affiliate resort, your resort information will be included in our Online Directory, and marketed to all members and potential members. Our Directory features affiliated resort profiles with photos and resort information, it is a great resource for resorts and our camping members. 
There is NO cost to you for this marketing or affiliation.
